Managing medications, such as remembering when and how to take them, can be difficult, especially for those who have to manage many responsibilities and activities. However, forgetting to take the drug as directed can have negative and life-threatening consequences.
The best solution for the people who need help in remembering to take their medications on time and to understand the different health conditions online is such health reminder application development.
How It Works
The Sukkaree application by Merck company is a technology tool designed to help patients with diabetes, in order to assess glycemic control, adherence to medication, and track lifestyle changes made to manage the disease better.
It provides educational medical information about diabetes, helps patients track their daily calorie intake, log blood sugar levels, and remind them of anti-diabetic medication and physician appointments. The application connects patients to their treating doctors.

Involvement
The biggest challenge for us was to implement Arabic language in the application as some views were difficult to handle RTL (right to left). Calculating BMR with all activities recorded by the user and based on the initial weight and calculating the current weight of the BMR became difficult for us. Though after a lot of brainstorming and working on different aspects we provided effective solutions to the client.
