Challenges
Providing live chat with web and mobile configuration was the toughest challenge that we have faced and 3rd party API and also payment integration with multiple scenarios too also payment subscription was also not supportive with the payment gateway provided by client.
The unit Testing was a bit long as compared to the expected timeline.
Results
It took almost 3 months to make this product and the customer is very satisfied with the output and the actual product. This application maintains the load of about 2000 simultaneous users every day without any problems. Customers are currently looking for a mobile app for the success of this product. We are also planning the best features of the web app.
Involvement
With great dedication and involvement we designed and delivered the application to the client with happy faces.
At the end the client was really satisfied with the outcomes and he accepted that his investment was worth it.
